Link for US Donations

Is there a way to make a link in the conversion page to allow a donation from the US or is it posible my ISP is hiding this from me.

Well, at the bottom of the page is DONATE button. This should work. If not, you can make donation to paypal accout ***, just write in notes your username you use in this site so i know who it is. Thank You in advance :)
