    Very nice DJ Bacon...one of your best. Slows down in tempo about 40 mins into it and only 1 song, but picks right up with 1,2,3,4,5 and In the Army Now. Again don't like soft songs added to these mixes, but it's Enya's Amarantine and Moment Lost...you're forgiven :) Would love a track list?

    I plan to use this for an aerobics class in a health club. I also teach aqua aerobics. For that, this is a bit too fast, but if your CD player has a pitch control, it's possible to "slow it down," and then it's good for aqua aerobics too. Otherwise it's a great aerobics mix.
