can't download?

Well, yeah. You have to make 10 posts to get permision to download section. You can post in forum in comments and you can vote on polls. So when you collect 10 posts you are getting LEVEL 1, and i will give you access to download dir. i made this because i don't want everyone suddenly go and downlaod everything, cause my internet connection is not so fast.
