    What's good about this mix is the awesome 1st track. It gets me motivated and gets students hyped to move. Especially loved DHT's Listen to Your Heart, one of my faves right now. I generally don't care much for "slower" cool downs to be included. Overall, a very good mix. Thank you.

    Sorry but i don't like : the songs, the rythm is not speed enough for me. I think you 're great but not this mix.
